Facebook doesn’t show featured image when my post is shared?

Facebook depends on something called (OpenGraph “OG” meta tags) to render the appropriate image when your post is shared, there are many plugins that can insert these tags in your posts automatically and getting your featured image appeared when your post is shared on Facebook, check these plugins examples:
